Pupils needed to sing in St. Margaret’s on Sunday.
Dear parent / carer,
Pupils from year 2 to year 6 have been learning songs from the war to
support their topic on WW1.
We have been asked by the Community Council for as many pupils as possible to sing the songs at a beacon lighting ceremony in St. Margaret’s church at 6pm this Sunday.
We would be grateful if as many children as possible could join us to represent the school and support the community. Pupils will need to be at the church at 5:30 and parents / carers can stay to listen to the children and watch the ceremony.
Kind regards,
Mrs. M. Teague

Rights Respecting Schools.
Well done to Ellie and Cerian who represented the school and met with Sally Holland (Children’s Commissioner for Wales) as part of our work on Rights Respecting Schools.
Thank you to Mrs. Rhian Williams for organising this visit to the National Botanical Gardens of Wales for our pupils and continuing the work back in school.
